I'm the person behind Manta Service Design.
I have more than 15 years of experience in customer service, process organization, event organization and customer delight. I am passionate about the employee experience and the customer experience. I believe that services are always about people! Thats why I develop a human-centered work.
I have a degree in Computer Science from UnB (Brasília/DF), a postgraduate degree in Event Organization from Centro Universitário Senac (Campos do Jordão/SP), a postgraduate degree in Innovation Design and Strategy from ESPM (São Paulo/SP) , certified Master Level 1 of the Event Design Certificate Program by Event Design Collective GmbH.
I am a mother, 45+, a born communicator, I believe in the individual power of each human being and that meetings should always be transformative.
